fantastic hotel experience!
spacious room helpful staff great location
The room was really spacious and clean. the jacuzzi was awesome, a real treat after a long day exploring. i found the staff helpful. They always greeted me with a smile. also. the location was great for seeing the sights!

the hotel features a well equipped gym with treadmills and weights. there's also a business center providing computer access and printing. i saw a conference room available, able to host corporate events and meetings.

The hotel is near many public transportation options. The bus stop is right outside. you can walk to the old town in about twenty minutes. i think there are also several nearby restaurants and shops.

the reception staff provided quick and efficient check in. housekeeping maintained the room cleanliness daily. i saw that the concierge service was available to arrange tours and transportation for visitors.

the staff was nice. the location was central, next to the parliament and izvor park. rooms were big and clean. the beds were comfortable.
the reception wasn't very warm. i didn't feel very welcome. the explanation was brief. parking was badly arranged, it was too small. the manager was very blunt about it.
